You can try to impress girls in clubs with drinks and compliments they might even flirt or what not , but in the end if you want to reliably have sex with hot girls in these cities, your connections are all that matters.
Hey, Then you probably know the situation in Budapest pretty well. Is it easier to score hot girls there compared to Belgrade? I know what I am talking about. From my personal experience, but also from experience of other mongers. For example, once I have met several young, rich guys in Budapest. One of them told me that he was in Belgrade, in its clubs before, that girls were amazing, but that he could not score.
So, if young, rich, good looking guys cannot do it, it is sure a middle aged guys cannot do it neither. I've been in Belgrade a few times and in my experience, Serbian girls usually enjoy flirting and attention but they also have the dignity to keep that distance. Of course, there are lots of beautiful girls in clubs so if you want to have a chit-chat and you don't mind buying one or two drinks in the meanwhile then it can be a fun thing.
