After taking some time off of the cruise ship we rented an ATV and noticed Ah! I had a very relaxing one hour massage, she concentrated on an area of pain and I felt so relieved when I left there. Omg, that stretch felt so good: I practiced one week yoga with Nicarah, she was simply amazing! She prepared a daily class for me and my friend, the flow and sequence was just perfect for us.
