This motel was the worst thing that every happened to a family. My husband and I along with our children needed a quick place to stay since we were miles from home and beyond sleepy so we went on hotwire and found this disaster. After we booked the room we pulled in to the drive way where I immediately noticed several prostitutes and pimps on the corner of this establishment.
The bedding was dirty, the curtains were splashed with some sort of brown substance and the room reeked of smoke even thought they clearly stated that this was a non smoking motel.
I did not sleep a wink. The entire time we stayed at this motel the guest were literally fighting on the front lawn, throwing each other's luggage on top of the roof and making all kinds of unrealistic disturbances. I couldn't believe it. Please don't waste your money or time. You will be disappointed and disturbed. I truly wish I had taken pictures to further document the issues that were present at this property. If Hotwire had investigators that they could send to verify or back up this story, you'd see I wasn't kidding.
Travel every single week for work, have massive review history and feedback on TripAdvisor as well, a blistering review will be put there as well as on Yelp! Called at PM to let them know my flight was late, and to make sure that the room was held for me- phone rang 25 times and a sleepy woman picked up.
Am I not to assume that means I have no room, and then therefore paid for nothing? Had to call Hotwire to call the hotel to make sure I even got what I paid for- they called and yelled at the hotel. Check in took 25 minutes while she figured out how to bill Hotwire's Corporate account and use my credit card for incidentals.
